Where do I start ? Went to replace a cracked antifreeze reservoir, they jet he drive off the lot without adding ANY antifreeze . The reservoir was completely empty. Every Time I went for an oil change they’d tell me i may have for an issue with .... (insert car problem here) but it would cost me a diagnostic fee of over $100 to check. Still under warranty , I needed a transmission replaced and the car still wasn’t running top notch so I took it to another dealership and they had to rehaul the entire transmission because Milf... read more
went in looking to lease an explorer and Annette helped me out with no problem! I’m so happy and the price was too good to say no! I have so much fun with it would definitely recommend!
My sales person was Annette. She came highly recommended and did not fall short at all. It was surprising to see a woman in a traditionally men’s position who absolutely knew her product and was very helpful. She went that extra mile and found me the vehicle that I wanted instead of trying to put me into one that was already on the lot. I can’t recommend her enough.
