Stevens was a great place to buy a car. I’ve dealt with other dealerships and Stevens was the best I’ve dealt with. My salesman, Tyler was great. Very knowledgeable about the Ford line up and cars in general. He explained the buying process, was not pushy at all, and really worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Maria was great-very helpful and not overly pushy. I was searching for a Ford Edge with cloth seats instead of leather as well as some other requirement. she was great about showing me all the options they had in stock and they were even willing to have other vehicles brought to their dealership since they didn’t have the exact one available that I wanted. I would recommend her and this place!!

I highly recommend Stevens Ford. The service there is unparalleled and employees highly informative. I was helped by woman named Kim and she answered every one of my questions fully and into great detail.
I just wanted to take a minute and give my experience at Stevens Ford Lincoln. I am giving the dealership 10 out of 10 stars. Everything went smoothly from the time I made the appointment with Mike in service to my advisor John Pitassi. They both were courteous, knowledgable, and professional. John was in constant communication with me throughout the process. I was also impressed with the appearance of the dealership and the Covid policy procedures. When my wife’s Ford needed service I went to Stevens. Was helped by a very friendly advisor named Kim. She explained everything in great detail and made the process simple. I told my wife to ask for Kim every time she goes back. Great service!

Staff was very nice to speak with. Unfortunately I drove an hour for a scheduled appointment to see a truck and they sold it before our scheduled Appointment. Bad practices. I will say staff was nice to me when I was there.
