Vehicle I purchased at end of June had oil leak. 2 weeks over warranty and only 2 weeks because they made me wait a week for an appointment . Was told they wouldn’t cover the $300 fix and the incompetent mechanics couldn’t figure out how to fix it without sending it to Toyota anyways. Dealing with woman on phone was rude and unintelligent with what she was even trying to tell me. Very unprofessional and rude. Do not go here for new or used cars. After a bad experience earlier in the week, we decided to give this place another opportunity. We received an invitation for a special event being hosted exclusively for Ford Escape owners to trade and/or upgrade. We called days in advance and spoke to Matt, who BOOKED a 10 am appointment with us. Matt told us over the phone that the 2020 explorer was being offered at 0 % for 84 months. My wife and lease and F-150 and an Escape from Stevens. On Monday, my wife had booked an oil change appointment and it took nearly two hours to complete as she waited around with a small child. The dealership did not charge her for the oil change as a result of their recognition of piss poor service.
