The first experience I had with Steven Ford Lincoln didn’t go as I had hoped. In fact I had a terrible first impression. Mike from services reached out to me personally to see what they can do to help make my experience better. Mike was very helpful throughout the whole process and the rest of the team did a great job as well. Definitely turned me into a return customer. They were very thoughtful and sincere when it came to remedying the issue.
