2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Crazy. Came in around 8:30 in the “Quick lube” one persons a head of me. Truck got in around 8:45. Service person at 9 stated based on mileage I already needed a airfilter and cabin filter witch the 2014 F-150 do not have. Still waiting. Truck on the lift, lot of air gun noise but not one tire was removed or rotated. Truck came down off the lift. Tech drove it out. Came back in a slammed by keys in the counter. I've known the Steven's family since the early 80's and their business is operated, in spite of its size, like being part of their family...The employees are very friendly and service is the same...comfortable waiting area with all of the technology and refreshments you need...courtesy ride to and from home if you live nearby...what could anyone possibly need more!! Great Job!!
I was advised that my Ford Fusion was being recalled for some work with the steering wheel. I made an appointment with the Service Dept. and had one within a very short time. Brought the car in and they completed the work immediately and suggested that they send me information on the work via the internet so I would not have to wait a minute longer. Very professional, kind and courteous. So much nicer to do business with places like this. Keep up the great work.
My entire experience at this dealership was wonderful. I went in for a vehicle that I had seen online. My Salesman, Jason, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The Finance Officer/Manager, Joshua, was extremely helpful and very friendly which put me at ease. Overall, everyone was friendly and courteous. I am so happy that I chose Steve’s Ford. I would definitely recommend them and purchase another vehicle from these guys!
Funny I get an email today asking how the service was with Stevens. I purchased a vehicle and was told I have lifetime oil changes. went there two weeks ago and was told they’re not honoring the lifetime oil changes anymore. I spoke to the service manager today. He confirmed that they’re no longer honoring the lifetime oil changes so I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe I went to the wrong schools as a kid. I thought lifetime was “LIFETIME”
