I used their fast lube for the first time, to get a works service on my wifes 2015 fusion. The service department was book solid, so i needed an option. It was a saturday and busy, but they still manged to get me out in about 70 minutes. I will use that area from now on, unless I need other services from the service department.
My wife and I purchased 2 Explorers at Stevens Ford, a 2006 and a 2008. I have owned Fords steadily since 1985. Stevens is the greatest dealership. More than helpful and courteous. We can't rave about the enough. This also includes their body shop.
I received a call that my car was overdue for it's 1500 mile check. An appointment was scheduled for the following Monday. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who directed me into the service building. At the counter another pleasant gentleman greeted me, scheduled the needed work and after explaining it would take 1 1/2 hours walked me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean & comfortable. Left my vehicle at 3 AM. With a note, DO NOT move before calling me as the vehicle "rolls away". No one called. I showed up at dealer. they said shifter failed. They found LOTS of other "stuff" to do. Bill was $1062. My wife picked up the car. I had to return to the dealer as I was overcharged for the brake job. I received a CREDIT, not cash back. My experience with the service department was great! All my questions and issues were addressed and I was treated with respect. My drive home, in my Lincoln MKZ, was a lot more relaxing than the drive to drop off the car. The immediate relief came when I was assured that my car was in good working condition. Thank You!!
We had a very positive experience with Stephens service. They changed the oil in our 2017 Lincoln MKZ, and also washed the car. We were treated as a special customer. I rate them a 10.
Love my Mkx. Had a small problem and the people at Stevens took care of it right away! Nice friendly staff in both the service dept and in the sales force.
