After having a horrible experience at another dealership... Our salesman, Jim, was awesome. He immediately jumped on the case and within 3 hours we drove off with our new car. Thank you for all your assistance! The next day we noticed the seat cover was unclipped and service department, Tom, stopped everything and fixed it on the spot. Wonderful customer service!
Worst customer service dealership I have ever dealt with......except for service writers.......sales and management could care less .......would never buy or recommend this dealership .......
Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service it's never fixed the first time or they fix it for a few days and I have to go back. I have no faith in their service department at all. Highly unacceptable as a dealership.
A friend of mine took his car in 2 1/2 weeks ago for a repair. One week later he had to call them to find out the status. They told him they had ordered the wrong part. (Note they never called him to tell him that.) They told him that the part would be in in 5 business days. Five business days later he had to call them again and they told him the part was still not in. During this time they told him they didn't have a loaner vehicle for him. My granddaughter and I had a very positive experience at Stevens Ford largely because of Joseph Hudak. He was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We received several follow up calls after our purchase. We would definitely revisit Stevens Ford and deal with Joseph in the future!
Very simply done, Joseph did his job and got me a good deal on the SUV I wanted. They kept their word on everything they said regarding our deal.
This place is a scam bring your car else where big big SCAM
I have driven my car around for a couple of months and I'm still completely in love with it. Jimmy did a great job helping me find a car I love at an affordable price. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. With that being said, I highly recommend Stevens Ford and would definitely do business with them in the future.
