Went in to have my car serviced recently and was quite impressed with their style and demeanor. It's quite often in the auto service industry that you interact with cranky, dirty handed jerks that feel their doing you a favor. For Pete's sake, that's not how it should be! At Stevens Ford they really seem to have it down and it definitely goes a long way! I'll be going back...hopefully not too soon though! :)
Brought my wife's car in for general services last week and couldn't be happier. Great service!! explained in detail everything that they did and did not try and sell me on anything i didn't need!! Great place to go.
I recently had my car serviced here and could not ask for a better experience. The work was done correctly and on time, and everyone I dealt with was very professional.
I brought my car for a recall at 9am, only get one call at 3pm from them trying to get me to do a "brake flush." Its now close to 7pm, I never got a call about my car being done or if they needed it for tomorrow, & now im without my car without notice. Theyre quick to call to try to get unecessary money out of me but cant call updating me about my car that THEY had to fix a recall. Ridiculous i dont recommend this dealer to anyone.
3 different quotes for remote start. Then when I cancelled they handed me my keys and said "cars in the lot somewhere" would never ever go there again
Needing a car quickly, i found one online at Stevens, came up from Norwalk on Monday, talked with Bridget, worked it all out, did a test drive, did the paperwork, came up Tuesday, Joe went over the car with me again quite thoroughly and i drove it home that day. Everyone was very nice, very professional and i have not one complaint.
These place has the worst service of any place in southern Connecticut. It is not the first time it has failed me. It has in the pass lost my appointments, fail to order the correct tire. And today I had a 0730 appointment it took 4 hours and they had done a multi inspection. I had to take my care back without service. The service tech Arnold which has horrible customer service skill. The kind of person who send his career in the shop and doesn't know how to deal with normal people. He made a horrible experience even worse!!... read more
