1 star is honestly doing them a favor! I drove out to the Branford Ford dealership the other day - apparently this is a common happening. I live 4 blocks from Stevens. I'm on my 3rd sunroof in the 4 years I've owned my Explorer. Although it broke, yet again, during warranty, they managed to not be able to make an appointment until it was just out of warranty and suddenly it's on me.
