I recently moved into Torrance and am a new patient of Dr. Steven Okamoto. Dr. Okamoto first treated me for a dental problem that I was having, and he was nice enough to see me on short notice. What I thought was going to be an easy fix turned out to be a two and a half hour repair. I apologized for taking up so much of his time, and his response was “we set aside some time for you”, which made me feel good even though it might not have been true. I had a great session with my dental hygienist. She learned that my Sonicare toothbrush's battery had died two weeks ago. I told her I couldn't replace it until the teacher strike ends (because I'm a Los Angeles teacher and my income has stopped until I return to work). Somehow she alerted Dr. Steve Okamoto of my situation and as I was leaving I was presented with a new Sonicare toothbrush system! Dr. Steve and his staff are unbelievably kind. Dr. Michelle and Dr. Steve are the best dentists in the area. I had a tooth that cracked and the care and speed of getting me in was amazing. I can't thank them enough for how they made me feel comfortable and explained to me exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
