The car was completely scratched all the way around, windshield had crack across the entire windshield. When driving the vehicle I went over train tracks at approximately 10mph and the wheel felt like it hit the bottom of the car on passenger side

I received messages from several different people at the dealership multiple times a day. When I finally scheduled a time to test drive, the car was already sold before I arrived but they did not tell me that right away. The salesperson took me in the back, made a copy of my driver's license and then left. A new sales manager came over, took my key to my car to appraise for trade in and only after that came back and told me the car was already sold. They had a good price but insisted on adding $5,000 to the vehicle due to "mandatory" add ons.
I saw the car on-line on car guru and made an appointment to go see it at Honda North. I took it for a ride and put a deposit down on it to buy it. Mo was very helpful in the whole process and made it easy to purchase.
