This office has been wonderful. The doctor was able to provide contact lenses that really improved my vision. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses. I highly recommend this office. And the receptionist was wonderful as well as doctor Erickson

My daughter’s toiletry bag had gotten left at a school after getting a concussion on a Friday night. After realizing it Saturday morning, we called to get in for a eye exam, beings her glasses and contacts were gone too. They were booked, but were nice enough to get us in over the doctor’s noon hour. We were so appreciative! Great people and service!
I had such a great experience with Sterling Optical. They provided great customer service from beginning to end. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. They got me in quickly and helped me navigate through my insurance easily. The exam was thorough and each step explained. They have a fantastic selection of modern, beautiful eyewear, and Trudy’s assistance with selecting new frames/glasses was truly second to none. Highly highly recommended.
Best place I’ve been to for an eye exam. The Dr. and the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming.
1st visit was good, nice gal. But today I did not have a pleasant experience. 2 blonde ladies need a lesson in proper customer service maybe not take a flawed script so personal.
Very great place!!! Would recommend it to anyone.
