Went to Sterling McCall Lexus months after putting off notices to replace the airbag on my SC430. I was amazed how well organized the staff were in taking care of their customers. I was fortunate Randy took care of all the other issues I had with my car. (Actually I can’t believe after all these years I did not know I inadvertently turned a button off that controls the convertible top) Randy was so attentive, nice and is a respectful professional. I can drive my car with the top down again!! Much KUDUS to Randy!!!
