RecommendedI had a bad blow out on my right front tire late yesterday afternoon. Lexus Roadside was great and took the car to the dealership. I received a call to begin the process early this morning. My service guru, Carrie Huynh, oversaw the scheduled maintenance and new tire. The car was ready by 9:00am. Great service and a freshly washed car. Highly recommend Carrie and Sterling McCall.

I was an out of towner and they got me in immediately to check my ac after I had issues with it. Had excellent service from Kevin and service overall was expedient. Super clean facility, and staff followed social distancing, cleaning, and mask guidelines perfectly. Love their service set-up with garage entrance and exit. Would definitely recommend to others and will use again should I have car troubles while in Houston.
