We bought both our Lexus' from STERLING MCCALL and that won't happen again. We own a 2016 Lexus GX 460 and a 2020 LX 570. The battery on the GX460 died. I called the Sterling McCall dealership to request advice since we have extended warranty on the car. They advised me to tow the vehicle to them as we have tow coverage under the warranty that will pay for it. My last service on Tuesday was very unprofessional, I came in for a routine service apt at 4:15 pm, there wasn’t many people there. I arrived on time I didn’t get my car until 6:15. The office closes at 6pm around 5:15 I messaged my service provider to ask about an ETA... no response. One of the workers saw me waiting after 6pm and asked who was helping me I told her, she found him and asked what the hold up was, he told her they misplaced my keys. I spent 2+hrs there waiting to have my service done even with an appointment made prior and then when the car was returned it wasn't washed or vacuumed even though the service man said it was going to go get cleaned. Also one of the tire valve caps were misplaced and when asked for it back or a replacement a cheap plastic piece that wasn't similar to the original was given instead. Overall I was not impressed and was highly dissatisfied with the service given at this Lexus dealer location.
