This is second time I’ve had my car serviced at this location, every time the “ forget” to wash my car. Everyone else’s car is shining mine is still looking like it did when I brought it there. Yesterday when I picked my car up it smelled like cigarettes, I don’t even smoke!!!

We have resumed exterior car washes but unfortunately, the city of Houston was performing a water main repair yesterday and the water supply to our facility was cut off for several hours preventing the washing of vehicles. Very bad service they make an agreement of 3 months not paying but after a month they told us to start paying.... liarssss
