They didn’t give me a due credit they had promised at the time of purchase. Later a manager was bribing to give me the credit if I gave 10-star- ratings. Yea right!!! And don’t buy a GX 460 unless it’s to help through a flood or going over a bump—- it’s so tech deprived.

I really appreciate Mike’s assistance and honesty. I went to a local place for an inspection prior. They told me they couldn’t pass me without changing my breaks that were in bad shape. Ironically, they specialized in breaks. Since it was last minute, I allowed them to change the front pads but not the back and stated I would go to the dealership. Mike mentioned I could use a brake fluid change is all, but it wasn’t a must and neither were the break changes needed. He explained the details. Again, I appreciated this honesty.
