Quick 10k check up, oil change, tires rotated, checked everything and found the battery to be bad. Replaced under warranty. They do a good job!

I had my SUV in serviced yesterday, and I really enjoyed my experience at the SterlingMccall service department. Service Consultant Kevin Bayer took care of the vehicle and explained everything that needed to be done. The whole process was very quick and smooth and I was able to leave on time with a newly serviced and clean car. Thank you!

Will never return. After going every 6 months for nearly 11 years, I have never received such horrible customer service or been treated so rudely by the service manager. See reviews on google and yelp for additional detail on my experience or the behavior of the service manager. Definitely did not represent the Lexus reputation for stellar service at all.
