Amazing service, great people who want to help!
When I come to do maintain service, they told me have to wait 1.45h to take care including washing. It’s too long but I think make my car clean on weekend that’s why I make decision wait. When I receive my car still dirty not washing. I am so disappointed and ask them, they said washing department closed, how long they work there and dont know what’s time close???

Car wash,sterling Mccall Lexus asked us if we would like our car washed after they performed there work on our Lexus and we said yes. When I picked up our car there was water spots all over including the windows. I believe this is from not drying the vehicle. I believe if your going to take the time to do something then do it right, if not then don’t do it. I had to go to a car wash to fix all the water spots.
Great service and great customer care.
