RecommendedI have used Sterling McCall for my Lexus service since 2010. I find them to be honest, thorough in their explanations and accurate in their cost and time required for service appointments. I definitely recommend them.
Meaghan was a great customer service rep! The only thing I was disappointed about with the service was that I spent $1300.00 and when I received my car back, they hadn’t even bothered to do me the courtesy of washing the outside. Anytime I took my Infiniti in for anything, I always got it back clean. Maybe they should think about making that mandatory. After all, It is a luxury vehicle dealership!
They have a variety of cars and SUV’s to choose from. Their people are courteous, very professional, and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sterling McCall Lexus.
