While I would recommend them I am disappointed with how much different their customer service is compared to what it was a few years ago. My husband had to insist they replace our windshield to get our problem properly fixed. When we got our car back it was dirty although it had been washed. Would have been nice had they put it through the car wash again to get the bird poop off the drivers door and bugs off the hood.
