I love Sterling McCall their service is bar none and Kristen one of the service advisors was great. My only concert was that when I pulled up, I was in my car for about 5 mins and NO ONE had come to my car like normal to see what I needed. Not a problem when you are visibly busy, but there were at least 4-5 people outside in Lexus Shirts (light blue and black) seemingly standing there having a conversation. Again I get it, things get busy...but someone could have simply greeted me and said “we will be with you in one moment.... read more

Marlon has been our service advisor ever since we bought our first lexus vehicle. He has been very helpful and knowledgeable.
Staff are very accommodating, although the waiting hour for oil change and car wash takes 2 hrs , it would better if they can shortened to 1 hr,but very appreciative for their service
