For service! The service department did well! And Carrie was very good to work with, very flexible & patient! I just bought my Lexus, my salesman was average and the kid in finance didn’t have a clue! I still need to go through the hassle of registering my car in Fort Bend. He did Harris County even after I told him I live in Fort Bend County & it’s illegal to not have it registered where your homestead is. And I wanted the tire & wheel protection insurance, for some reason he didn’t put it on there. Not happy about that at ... read more
Excellent service as usual. Got there a little early, promptly meet by Kevin who discussed needed maintenance needs and times it would take (finished somewhat earlier), car washed, escorted to cashier, and on my way!!! Also discussed bringing in our GX for seat bag recall and what that would entail.

Jerry was my service specialist. He got me in and out without a problem. Jerry was informative when I asked about when I should replace my brake pads, providing me with the average standard. Jerry also asked me if In had the tire warranty as soon as he noticed thar the light was on. All in all, I was in and out in about an 1 1/2 hours. I always recommend Sterling McCall Lexus to my friends and family.
Was interested in seeing what Lexus had to offer. I reached out to Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake first. Emailed and called with no luck in communication. Then I called Sterling McCall off 59, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Went in the same day I called and found out the car I had picked was spectacular looking, honestly did not expect that. Easily the most comfortable ride I have been in.
