RecommendedI'm not a regular customer because I live 40 miles away from Sterling McCall Lexus. However they treat me like a regular. Jennifer Lezama is a great service advisor and highly commended for getting my GX in and out of the shop quickly with short notice today. They always do a good job; and wish they would open a satellite shop near Sealy.

Service advisor Sarah and her team are always very thorough, efficient and friendly when I have my car serviced. The service department customer service truly is a cut above other dealers in town. It is never a problem getting a loaner and the check-in and check-out service is so efficient, compared to other dealers.
