Besides servicing my car and fixing things, Mr. Ruiz took the trouble of driving my car to my studio, because I was at work and could not pick up my car, and took the loaner car off my hands, saving me a trip to the Service Center. He went beyond the call of duty to help his customer, and I'm very grateful for that. Sterling McCall Lexus Service Dept is very good and thorough and the staff pleasant and helpful.
