I would not recommend the service department. David Capin is the most wonderful sales person out there and he is the only reason I would ever do business with a Sterling McCall. My NX200T grill was busted thanks to some truck with a huge hitch. Needless to say I decided to pay the $800 to have it replaced while getting my service done. Low and behold my service rep, Carrie Huyhn, calls me and tells me about the fact the my emblem was glued on with the bad grill and along with some additional cost for tires, parking sensors e... read more
