I get two free oil change the first oil change I paid for at 5000 miles I informed the service person I want the oil Change every 5000 I went in for oil change they stated the only thing you need is a tire rotation. Now they still owe me one oil change they did not due the oil change but they rotate the tire for $51.00 for tire rotation
Barbara was amazing. We had gone to another Lexus dealership and they basically gave me their card and said "look online and call us if you see a car you like". Barbara took my information, over the phone, found a couple cars that fit what I was looking for, sent me pictures and we discussed cost, payments, etc, and that evening we went in and bought. SM is not close but the buying experience was great! Barbara and Van Thanks!
Immediate and professional service by the Service Rep. Very clean and spacious waiting area. Waiting time was reasonable and shorter than anticipated. Some other dealerships could take lessons in how to treat customers. Premium Class service.
The initial meeting with service representative was okay but after that it downhill. I was told several times “I don’t remember having a word with you about your car being under warranty”, and I ended up paying for my car getting fixed . If you go there make sure if you’re under warranty to let them know.
Quick and courteous. Lexus service is the best.
Friendly, informative. Ben and Dave put me at ease about the process and technology.
