I usually go to the San Antonio dealership but was in the Houston area so called and they worked me in very quickly and everyone was so nice and professional. There was a customer there that was being very rude and the girl there took care of her with a smile the whole time.
I recommend sterling McCall for their efficiency and competency. My vehicle was fixed as quickly as possible

Down to earth, knowledgeable, sales staff.
I recommend the sales side, but the service side has not delivered good customer service the last couple of times. Today the oil change took 5 hours which is usually 1.5, and at the end there was no apology for the long wait and my adviser was nowhere to be found for some additional questions I had.
Normally the dealership's service department is pretty good and the service reps are nice. However my last two visits when getting my car repaired, it just hasn't been up to par. After completing my repair they didn't wash my car and with Lexus that's a complimentary service. There was an issue when replacing my wheel and doing an alignment where the rim was damaged but did not fix it. I had to drive 3 hours to get there. I was immediately waited on as soon as I drove up. Got a loaner car with no problem and very quickly. They reminded me about a couple of recalls they would check out. When I went back to return the loaner and pick up my car it took less than 5 minutes to check out and my bill was $0.00. My car had been washed and looked amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly.
Made sure my tire was replaced in the short time I had available
