We had a great experience here. We thought our one year old broke his big toe and decided to go here instead of the hospital. The staff was so warm and inviting. The atmosphere was great and it was super accommodating for kiddos.
We had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Everyone from the doctor to the receptionist was extremely friendly and kind. We would highly recommend it and wish we had a clinic like this back at home

The staff saw me right away and were very professional and compassionate. I was very happy with my experience.
I was very impressed with the service. I was greeted immediately upon entering and given paperwork to fill out within minutes. Before I had even finished filling out the paperwork, the nurse was calling me to go into triage. Based on the symptoms I had, she took me immediately to a room. Even before she had taken my vitals, the doctor came in to visit with me. All in all, a very positive experience!!!
My visit to Steamboat Emergency Center was exceptional. My wait time was very minimal I didn't even finish my paperwork before the nurse came to take me to the exam room. I was very impressed with the service I received at the emergency care facility. Dr. Matthew Freeman made me feel very comfortable with his wealth of knowledge, and willingness to work with me and what I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Steamboat area.
Only place open to help early mornings. I was welcomed with a smile & highly professional gentleman at the desk. No wait to be seen by nurse. Doc walked in shortly after. Two tests run, diagnosed & scripts given. All staff KIND, friendly & concerned for my welfare & comfort. I was in & out in incredibly short amount of time. I’m so incredibly thankful for this facility!
