This place is absolutely amazing. Clean, well-run, efficient and a really nice facility-we were in and out in a little over an hour! Would definitely recommend this place to visitors and local alike!
I was very impressed with the service received at the emergency care facility. When I arrived at the facility I was greeted immediately by a friendly professional staff person. The wait time was a minimum. I hadn’t not completed all the paper work when the nurse came to take me to a room. I was impressed with Dr. Matthew Freeman. They immediately took x-rays and diagnosed the problem and provided me with prescriptions for the pain. Came in with a fractured wrist and they were able to immediately get me back. Within 10 minutes they have me an X-ray and told me what was going on. I was prepared to spend hours there but I was in and out with my arm in a cast and sling within 45 min. This is what healthcare should be about! Hopefully I don’t have to go in much, but definitely the best service in town!!!
This is the best visit I have ever had at an emergency room. The staff was super friendly and I was in and out in about 30mins. They definitely changed my mind on health care facilities. They were very upfront and informative. Couldn't have been happier with my visit. They will be my #1 choice when in Steamboat!
Clean, warm, friendly setting, everyone was SUPER professional and welcoming. Fast service as well... I had a nurse waiting to take me back before I even finished signing in, and I saw a doctor within 60 seconds of that. Dr Freeman was the bomb diggity, the nurses were wonderful, and the receptionist was super awesome too.
