I was pleasantly surprised to see this caliber of a facility in my home town. The doctors Mathew Freeman and Dallas Bailes were very professional and informative. I was given a tour of the facility and to my surprise this is a full scale facility with a wonderful staff. thank you!
I'm delighted to report a very positive experience with this new facility! They were efficient, professional and they took very good care of me. I have Anthem insurance and there were no issues with payment. Within 30 minutes, I had an exam by Dr Freeman who was great, full radiographs and a board certified radiologist's report on the films, a printed report and a CD of the images to take with me. From the moment we walked into the Steamboat Emergency Center we felt at ease. The front office staff is both warm and friendly! We were seen promptly by Nurse Katie...she made my 8 year old giggle as she checked her vitals. Everything was explained to me clearly from start to finish. I feel lucky to have this type of facility right in town...so convenient!
