This is a top notch medical Center complete with excellent facilities and a kind, professional staff. I was particularly impressed by the compassion and knowledge of the doctor and nurses.
Beautiful facility, and the entire staff were not only professional but friendly and compassionate. I did not have insurance and Dr Freeman was willing to meet me half way with the finances of my treatment as well as give me a number of options to relieve my discomfort. So grateful to have such a wonderful team right down the street and available around the clock!
Took my 10 year old son to the centre with a bad cold and everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and doctors were so friendly, professional and efficient. There was virtually no waiting time and we were very impressed with how clean and well run the surgery was. I think every medical centre should be run like this. Would highly recommend�
My family visited Steamboat for the holidays and had the bad luck of having both our children sick and in the middle of the night. We were staying about 1 block away from the center and saw the 24/7 sign. We took them both on separate nights for separate symptoms and our experience on both occasions were the same, simply outstanding service. It was fast, within 5 mins and everyone very professional. They actually care and want to help, unlike YVMC which makes it seem like you are a burden to them just for coming in in an emergency.
Great!!! I was at Steamboat skiing over the holidays, and picked up one of the nasty viruses widely spread through the middle of US. I was in a room in ED within 5minutes (unheard of in the major Kansas City hospital I work in). Nurses were super pleasant, caring & considerate. The Physician ran 3 separate quick test, determined it was viral. He put me on an IV cocktail that took everything to a tolerable level. I was out in about 3 hrs.
