Easy and fast check in, my daughter had a bad tummy ache in the middle of the night, and nurse and doctor came in fast, I was glad that I have a private room and quick service attention to my daughter, first time in an ER not taking so long. I would really recommend Steamboat Emergency Center!
RecommendedThis was the BEST experience we’ve ever had at an Emergency Room. We were visiting from out of town and our little one started running a fever. They were kind, quick, and so helpful. It helped to make the rest of our vacation enjoyable. We really appreciated how great the nurse and Dr. Mason was with our daughter. Thank y’all so much.
What a great staff, my 10yr old son took a baseball to the nose, they took absolute great care of him! Doc and staff was amazing!
After a frightening episode of stomach virus, the docs, nurses and staff made me myself again and in a five star manor. SEC is absolutely professional and very on point to your needs. I’m so glad I tried it out. No one should be apprehensive of this wonderful community alternative. They are the real deal and even followed up not once, but 3x to make sure I was on the mend after I returned home. Thank you thank you thank you.
On two separate occasions I had the worst service ever here. I went in with a dislocated shoulder. They had me get in and out of a bed three times. It was very painful to have to move around so much. They also do not have a portable X-ray machine. So I had to hold my arm and move around while they took pictures. I had been in there for about 30 minutes before they gave me any sort of pain relief. Extraordinarily high bills! $7,460.54 for a CT scan ordered by YVMC. No interaction with patient, no treatment, no diagnosis, not even a temperature. Also, their billing department has sent me 3 bills for other patients. I would never recommen.
All the staff were kind, courteous, professional, thorough, efficient and quick. I was pleased and grateful for their attention and treatment. I highly recommend them. It’s gratifying to have such great medical care. Thank you.
A big thank you to the wonderful staff: extraordinarily smart Dr. Sandhu, caring and comforting Nurse Jenny, and Daniel who kindly greeted me when I entered. Absolutely terrific care I love that you can go in and get a consultation with the doctor and not be charged for it where is if you went to an emergency room you would’ve been charged the minute you walked in! Thank you all for being so kind
