Clean, fast, caring, professional. Better than any ER I’ve ever been to. My 5yo has the flu and was severely dehydrated as well as low oxygen levels. They turned him around fast and gave me a bed to sleep by his side. Served us like we were in a hotel. Heated blankets, Netflix, etc. all the comforts of home. Nurse Missy and dr. Mason were amazing. I highly recommend this place.
Saw us in minutes. The doctor treated us like we were the only ones there! Kind people. We were floored! They called 2 days later just to check up on our baby boy who was sick!
I would highly recommend the Steamboat Emergency Center. Not only was the facility clean, welcoming, and fast but the patient care was reliable and went above my expectations. Not your typical emergency center.
