Great amazing staff, clean facility. I went in for heart issues, on the verge of a panic attack. The front desk asked for my insurance card & I gave him my Medicaid, I was not told they aren’t providers until after I had been seen by the doctor & told what needed to be done. I was told I could drive to the hospital because they take Medicaid but I was already hooked up to a heart monitor, light headed, & still having pains, plus I had my kids so I wasn’t going to risk driving with them. RecommendedNever fun to have to be writing a review about an emergency room. I had a 4 cm laceration to my scalp and the doctors and nurses and administrative staff were all very nice, very qualified (and I come from the medical field so I would know). It was a Saturday afternoon after 5 PM and it took less than one hour to get five shiny staples and a tetanus shot. I hope you never have to go there but if you do I do highly recommend it.
People were very nice. Easy and fast in and out. Very professional. If I had to go back I would do so with every confidence in their ability to handle the situation.
We had to take our 3 year old here on Christmas morning for what we suspected to be strep. We were in and out quickly. We did have an issue with the amount of the bill after it was run through insurance and the doctor personally took time out of his busy day to call me and fix it. I appreciate his time and consideration and how he was able to adjust the bill.
Service was excellent, prices were fair, staff was amazing, and payment plan options were unlike any medical center I’ve ever done business with. I hope we don’t need another ER, but if we do we’re definitely going here!

Fast, friendly, and competent care
The facility is top notch, clean, and comfortable. The staff from the front receptionist, nurses, and doctors were kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and they were quick to move through paperwork and right in to see the doctor.
