My husband broke his collarbone while skiing. We took him to the steamboat Emergency Center. They promptly diagnosed his entry, recommended surgery and had it scheduled for later that evening. My husband was in a lot of pain and this solved the problem. Fast thorough and attentive care
Amazing service!! I’ve never had such great medical care anywhere in the world. As soon as I arrived I went straight though. All the staff were extremely kind and caring, very diligent and professional, and went out of their way to do anything they could for us, including helping us make our flight out on time. The care given was seamless and efficient. I couldn’t fault this operation in any way - the best customer service you could ask for.

I had the best experience at Steamboat Emergency Center. The staff were very professional, polite and cared about my well being. Within 10 minutes I was seen by Doctor Bailes who went above and beyond to educate me of my diagnosis. And if the medical attention wasn't enough, the facility is beautiful! Being an interior designer, I appreciate the warmth and cleanliness of the facility. It is not institutional by any means. Thank you for being in Steamboat!!
The new Steamboat Emergency Center is beautiful and has a very friendly staff. The communication with those in the waiting room is top notch, please bring your patients and expect to spend some “extra” time �

The fastest emergency visit ive experienced. Before any talk of insurance or pricing the doctor and nurse took me in took vitals explained options and sent me on my way. Thank you guys for providing amazing service to this great town
