This was the best Steak and Shake I have been in. It is 60 miles from my home but you can bet I will stop there when in the area. The people were wonderful. The food was excellent, the place was clean, and my judge of an operation is that the bathrooms were clean. Now this was Auburn vs Alabama game night so it could have been wild but it was wonderful.
So i was here yesterday having lunch with my family... didn't take long for the food to come out but after that i didn't see my waitress anymore.. i needed something and had to get up and ask for it ... then i wanted to order 2 kid milk shakes since it was 1/2 priced so i did .. the lady gave me my total an i was like isn't the shakes 1/2 priced right now she said yes so i kept asking its $3 for a kids even at 1/2 priced an she said yes .. well anyways i was in a rush to get to an appt. The server named Gunner was excellent. However the manager was very rude when we asked him what was the hold up on our food.
Food was good. Price was good. Customer service is lacking.
Spent most of the day at eamc following husbands surgery, went through drive through on way home tonight, tired, worried and hungry, ordered a Frisco melt with onion rings and water, recieved a Frisco sandwhich, on uncooked bread, fries and no drink. Perfect ending to a stressful day.
Service was worse than bad. Waiter was very nice. But, took way to long to get our food then more than 30 minutes to get desert (shakes) and we had 3 grandchildren with us. There's no reason for burgers and milkshakes to take over an hour to get in and out of a burger joint.
Worst service ever..been in the drive through for the last 35 mintirs���..unacceptable..
Game night they needed twice as many people working!
Dirty as hell. Shut this place down and reopen with new employees.
