after being seated and givin a menu I waited 30 minutes for a waiter. (there were four other customers inside). the waiter passed by at least ten times putting papers on tables and standing around. after losing my appetite I finally got up and left. the food is good but its not 30 minutes good. I thought it was fast food but I guess I'm wrong. this wasn't the first time either.
Waited 1 hour for no service .... Just got up and left because it was taking so long .... Manager didn't even care to busy talking to people he knew instead of helping !!!!
We just a nice lunch at the Opalika Steak N Steak, Raven our server was awesome she made sure that we were all happy, great gal, the food was very good to, will go back if we are ever in the area, thanks Raven!!!!
Thanks for the horrible service and no napkins in the drive thru. It took 14 minutes to get my food, no apologies, workers joking around acting like everything's cool. It's definitely not worth the awful service.
Went there this evening and our food was cold. My husband's hamburger was cold and my spaghetti was cold. That was after I sent the first spaghetti back.
Pitiful Service even after forever taking to get food asked for a barbecue sauce and had to get up and get myself cause the guy who was suppose to bring it standing at the door now doing nothing
Great food! Great service! Even though, during rush hour, it can take a little longer.
