The waiter was very sweet, restaurant clean but food was not as good as other Steak and Shakes. We had cold fries and some were still raw. Burger was good but not hot. They just need to work on food temps and cooking fries done.
Great service, the burger was good, didn't have to wait long, and the price was great. Gave more for the tip than I paid for the meal.
I love to go to steak 'n shake. I never have to wait on my food. It is always very good. I will be visiting steak 'n shake again soon.

I will never go back to steak and shake me and 2 friends was eating our food and they was roach bugs crawling down the window I asked the waiter if they normally let their roaches crawl out during the day we payed for our food and left want go back......
Poor service, shotty food, orders wrong! I wouldn't go back!
7 ppl working in a restaurant along with a manager on duty and our food took 30+ minutes to come out, not to mention everyone paying for their food had a complaint along the same lines as we could see around us food coming out and then being taken straight back. Got one of our meals wrong as well. Had to find a waiter to take our order. If I was the manager I woulda closed the store and tried again the next day!
Fries were cold, entrees were slightly above room temperature. As soon as our food came out, so did the flies. One landed on my daughter's food so we had to throw it to he side. We were brought our check before asking us if we wanted anything else. I made a to go order, just bacon cheese fries. I sat at the bar and waited...and no waited. I saw then take the fries out of the fryer....but no one made the order. A couple employees asked if I was waiting on a shake. I told them just the bacon cheese fries.
