Was in a few weeks ago. Awful dirty and when we asked for a boster seat it had baby Roaches under it ! My MIL and FIL was in a few weeks before us and had old dried food under their food on thier plates . This isn't the 1st bad experience but normally before it was just they took forever. We walked out before we even ordered food !
This shit was really bad. They didn't want to clean any tables for anybody. The manager never moved. Lol
I ordered a shake in the drive thru, and I waited over 25 minutes to get my shake. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, including the car in front of me that had only ordered 2 shakes. I understand that they are made to order, but I just don't think that waiting that long is acceptable. The guy making the shake just seemed to be sauntering around with no interest in hurrying to help get us through faster. I don't plan on visiting a Steak 'n Shake ever again...
I've eaten here many times but today has to be the WORST took 45 minutes for the food to come out wrong!!! After sending food back from multiple people at our table we decided to order milkshakes what another mistake.. ordered a chocolate fudge brownie first time came out plain chocolate sent it back 2nd time getting it with brownies just thrown on top sent it back again just for them to get an attitude didn't even wait for them to fix it again just paid my bill and left
Waited 20 minutes people that say after us already were getting food and we didn't even get our drinks. Total crap. Would have understood if the manager hadn't sat us. #dobetter
First round of food was cold and wrong. Joseph was rude and unsanitary. Second round was barely better. Absolutely worst SNS experience ever. Mistakes happen, no excuse for rudeness. Upon visit to restroom, waitress used facilities and exited without washing her hands.
Will not stop here again! Horrible service, screwed up the order, food wasn't good. Absolute waste of time.
Service and food quality is getting worse with each visit. Servers and kitchen staff need to work on efficiency. Complete reboot needed!
