I was so excited to see this until I went inside. Couldn't get seated, was totally ignored by wait staff. Placed order for food which included a freeze, got meal no freeze, watched a table for six leave and have bill adjusted because they never received drinks. Worst worst worst wait staff and management of a food establishment I have ever seen. I moved from Florida where there are numerous locations all awesome. This location needs to lose their franchise they are ruining the name of steak and shake.
