Filthy! literaly stuck to the floor! For the 45 minutes we were here, we were the only ppl in the place, staff yucked it up behind the counter. After check our, I asked to speak to manager, told him I was appauled.at the level of uncleanliness. He laughed at me! I said instead of standing around they ought to grab a mop, he laughed louder. Poor service. Very dirty. As I paid today and server handing me back change, getting ready to leave tip for check and server comments “guess I’m still making $2 per hour”. Very rude and unprofessional. Then commented as I walked out the door about the tip left. Never will return. This place needs to be shutdown
The store is very nasty. Dirty ketchup and mustard bottles, dirty treat box by the register, dirty display box for products and food all over the floors and under the tables. Just for the record.... They had just opened so it was not because they were busy. This place was not cleaned the night before. I will not be going back. Opelika Tiger Town location.
Worst staff EVER!! I waited in line for 18 minutes for a burger and fries... I couldn’t leave because of the drive thru design... then the lady at the window laughed in my face when I asked her why it took so long.... I Called and the manager was just as clueless as the other staff...,, will not ever go back! Opelika Alabama tiger town location sucks!
We stood for 10 minutes just to get a table. Our waitress did not take our order. After another 20 minutes, we had to get another waitress to take our order. 30 minutes passed and our food was still not being cooked. The other waitress that took our order for us finally got the cooks to cook the food. I saw multiple violations in the kitchen area. The whole place was not clean. I could go on, but I just would not recommended this location.
I'm greedy, so I ate everything
