Table dirty, fries cold & old, salad had rotten tomatoes on it. Went to the bathroom and it was filthy. Probably going to be a long time before we go back.
Poor management & customer service! Place has really gone down hill in the last couple of months. Sad how poor management can destroy a business.
The “server” also the service manager apparently never refilled our drinks and after waiting 25 mins on our food for two people mind you were told they were out of something we ordered which is fine but ordered a replacement side salad that took another 10 mins .... the other young server walked by several times never offering a refill or to grab dirty dishes!, when asked to speak to a manager our server comes over and of course is the manger 🤦♀️ when we finally are given a bill and cash out they charge us for the item we ... read more
RecommendedBeen to one up North, but 1st time here...burger was fresh and tasty. fries were good with the Parmesan & Garlic seasoning. Will be back! very reasonably priced
