Atmosphere is great. Love the early 60s tv show theme and feel along with the decor and rock a billy music. The food is very reasonably priced and it's a s good as you'd expecr.. the problem lies within the service. Our server reminded us at least 4 times that she hadn't been there long. So she didn't know much and had no suggestions about which shake was her favorite which made me feel silly for even asking her a recommendation from my usual salted caramel shale. So yea. Worst service ever. There were 3 ppl seated after us whom got waited on before we did. We had to go up and ask someone to take our drink order. After we stood at the door waiting for a table (and no they were not busy) (2 tables occupied when we walked in) will not be back
Very dirty , booths missing their seats, bathroom disgusting. Made me very concern about food prep area. This location is pretty new but looks really run down.
Usually a good place to eat. The food came out cold out drinks was not right the service was fine
Adding to this after I watched watch employees signal others to turn off lights as I pulled into drive through. It was at 1:55 am and their hours say 24 hours per day. They have lost my business for breakfast 3 times a week and normally at least 1 dinner or lunch for family. I hate to say it but they just can't get orders right unless you are there in the morning when no one else is. I never have a problem in the morning but any other time it's not good. With Steak n Shake not being open 24/7 it's going to hurt the business even more.
Service was excellent! And food tasted amazing!! We had a really great time as a family.
We waited on our food for a hour and a half to get our food. I will never go back there. They need more help!!
Service was great, food was great, well chili still in question it wasn't the best but still ok. The best part was I was across from my wife, she is so beautiful.
