Don't ever come for bfast. At 8am, average 20 mins for a biscuit and water. No one in front of me!
I've eaten there a few times. The burgers are Blah & tasteless & fries are hard . The food is always cold. I def. won't go back!

Well since you asked:: I love Steak 'n Shake but my food is always cold getting it from the drive thru, the have nothing to keep you from getting soaked while ordering your food in the rain!!!! They only keep one window open to both collect money and give you your food !!!

About a month ago I received terrible service at the Somerset, KY store. I wrote the company and told them about it. I was then called by the owner or manager apologizing, telling me he would send me a coupon for a free shake. To this day I still haven't received it. Some apology. They'll never see me in there again.
Never get our order correct....something always wrong.... mgmt don't seem to care ...still waiting on coupons from Corp office from about 9 months never got ...seems the whole place just keeps getting worse....
Super fast and great service! Great food!!! Excellent!
