Last 2 times I've been through drive thru and placed an order it was wrong. I've got diverticulitis and when i order "NO" TOMATOES OR "No" PICKLES,i don't need or want them on my burgers. I ask for heavy onions and seem to get my burgers right. First time i never thought to look until i tasted the tomatoes, and yes it was awful afterwards cause I had an attack. Just waited 30 minutes in drive thru to get 2 milkshakes. Can't post a picture here but if I could you would see a shake that wasn't full... Not impressed with the service tonight.
Great service, great food, great price, doesn't get any better than that.
I will post a picture of our food on my FB page. The hamburger bun was hard as a rock an looked like it had been smashed. I said to the manager, look at the bun you gave us. She replied, well and went back to work. No apologies or offer to make another sandwich. I have already called corporate.
Very crowded at times, Somerset could use a larger store or a 2nd location. Other than that, we have no complaints. Tea is usually fresh and quality beats McD and most area 'fast food' stores. Spicy or garlic burger gets huge thumbs up!
Fries are always cold in drive-thru. I politely told the drive-through attendant and she ignored me. This is why I do not go there often.
Not the best place to eat at.. Had words with a waitress. Horrible servce.
Worse ran place I ever worked at... total failure in management
Everything was great! Our waitress was great, the nicest waitress we've ever had. Our family enjoyed our experience! To the ones that complain...remember if a store is busy, it will take a while to be seated and to get your food. It's just common sense. Be patient these folks work hard!
