Went there with my daughter .the service was great & the food was delicious!!! I will go back...
Waited 45 minutes for 3 salads and 2 orders of chicken strips. Once we got our order it was cold.
Very poor service. Hostess that seated me was complaining because tables weren't being cleaned. Floors and bathroom extremely dirty. I waited fifteen minutes without anybody even taking a drink order. This is the fourth time I've been there and service has been bad. Young girls standing and talking and not taking care of customers. I left and don't plan on coming back.
Very slow and unorganized! Food was good when we finally got it! The last two times I've eaten here it has been the same service. Ladies restroom looked like a bomb went off in there. If you are in a hurry better eat somewhere else.
The restroom was really dirty and had no place to change my daughter's diaper. Food took forever to get our food but tasted good once we got it. Have been there several times. Worst trip so far.
What happened? No longer 24 hours, no spicy chicken sandwich! They had the best spicy chicken sandwich of anywhere, think that's it for me going there, fries always suck and I could forgive the wait times because the food was always great but now it's just sad.

We had great service and the food was awesome and our waitress was very good
Loved it! Most friendly wait staff ever & the food was wonderful. We went with a huge group and it was $50 for all of us some even got shakes. Honestly couldn't have gotten that price for much less of us to eat some other places. We had a great time. There was no wait on a Friday night. I just truly enjoyed it. I go to the Steak N Shake near my home town, and the foods the same but the staff is not as nice and there's always a huge wait. It wasn't like that at all here. I definitely give it 5 stars.
