Honestly, the only consistency they have is for sucky service. When you wait for 10 minutes for 1 shake at the drive thru, then it doesn’t even resemble the flavor you ordered.
We went yesterday took forever to get waited on my husband had to ask the host if we could get some one to wait on us our order was wrong after ordering it we was just ready to get out of there and our waitress was not good at all! Very dissapointed this time around
Was there on 10-9-17 and the server brought the food and we didnt get everything we ordered, she said someone was getting it. Burger was raw and the server never returned to our table. I'll never be back to the Somerset location.
Very rude workers. Plus they just stand around. No wonder it takes 20 minutes for one milkshake. Oh also the lady making the milkshakes today is the reason why we aren’t coming back.
The bathrooms where out of soap and towels.I told 2 different people about it.
Unclean restaurant & even some staff. Horrible & slow service. Had to finally ask for a server. Then had to get our own refills. Even saw a girl go up to the counter & get drinks for her table & carry the tray herself & serve her own table!? It's sad bc I used to love Steak & Shake. And the food was actually good but everything else overshadowed that. Won't be back.
