While food was decent enough, the service was severely lacking. Shake was delivered first, but with no straw/spoon. It was melted by the time she got a straw...leaving a mess on the table. We finally got our food, but no silverware, no drinks. Drinks were delivered after we asked for them. No crackers for chili, even after asking. Ketchup was NASTY and just kept drizzling a thin liquid. My daughter ordered grilled cheese w/fries, but did not get any fries. Service is still awful. Thought maybe with new owners it might have improved. Waited 25 minutes for food and then of course my food was wrong like always and our server was no where to be found.

I don’t know if I’m upset with the service or myself for giving them chance after chance.. every time I eat at the Somerset Steak ‘n Shake my food always comes out cold especially the chili cheese fries. The tables aren’t clean, the waitresses aren’t friendly and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. 🤷🏼♀️ I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to eat there. 🤮 🤢
This is the slowest and most horrible service of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life.
We set there for 45 minutes for 3 burgers and fries I thank that’s just a lil bit to long I’m not fussing about the 15 minutes we stood at the door I maybe wrong but I don’t think so
Management on the current shift (names will not be mentioned) have proven to be very racist today by calling out racial slurs in anger to an employee. These were heard by many other employees who have now walked out in support of their friend. If this is the type of management this restaurant prefers to employ, then they’ll never see another dollar of mine.
