Bad service . I Ordered a garlic steak burger and when It got it there was no garlic on the bun so she took it back and they put some cold garlic butter on the bun and gave it back to me it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a steak ‘n Shake
went in for lunch today and was blown away by how much things have turned around! service was friendly and fast. they were busy as can be an we were sat quickly. restaurant was clean. was very impressed.
We literally sat In the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on our food that is beyond ridiculous!! I’m not one to usually say something but that was just stupid!!!!
girl at door wiped table then sat us. table had wet food on it . on floor next to us was big mess and spill. with mop in it smelled bad. we move up to counter waited on food for almost 30 minutes I know it was that long because we could see orders pop up for shakes and kid was letting them up there for 8 minutes before making them . got our food my was wrong but I was hungry my poor husband got chili that was crusty the lady said she wouldn't eat it his patty melt was burnt to a crisp. bad bad experience. we don't get out al... read more
Quality of food was spot on but over all experience of this particular location is very disappointing and dissatisfying
Waited to be seated for over 15 minutes and was never acknowledged so we left. Others were waiting before us and they left as well. As we were leaving, a family told us that they waited over 20 minutes after they were seated and then their food was cold. Will not be back!!
we hadnt ever eatten there before and we were gonna try it. We were seated and no one came back to get our order or drinks. So we left. Bad buisness and nasty dinning room
We were sit at a nasty table that wasn’t wiped off. Our glasses was nasty on the inside. We witness a waitress picking a spoon up off the floor and laying it on the shelf where they serve the ice cream and another waitress comes through and serves ice cream with the spoon that was on the floor. The guy cooking wasn’t wearing a hair net.
